Introduction

Welcome to TALI LOGISTICS ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). By using our services, you ("you", "your", or "customer") agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this document. Please review them thoroughly.

Sales Estimates

The sales values provided by TALI LOGISTICS are estimates. While we strive for accuracy, various unforeseen factors may result in changes to these estimates. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of these estimates and are not responsible for any discrepancies.

Product Pricing and Delivery Fees

Product prices are as stated on our platform and are subject to change without notice. The delivery fee provided during checkout is an estimate. The final delivery fee, determined at the time of delivery, may vary based on factors including but not limited to delivery distance, fuel prices, and readiness for receipt.

Delivery Timeliness & Additional Fees

a. Customers must be available to receive their delivery during standard business hours. Failure to do so may result in additional charges.

b. Any delay caused by the customer's unavailability upon our truck's arrival may lead to extra fees to account for the extended time and resources used.

c. If a customer is not present during a scheduled delivery, our trucks will depart, and a new delivery fee will apply for any subsequent delivery attempt.

Payment Terms

Payment in full is required before offloading products from our trucks. TALI LOGISTICS reserves the right to withhold delivery until full payment is received. Any delays in payment may result in additional charges or revised delivery schedules.

Return and Refund Policy

a. Bagged products, including cement, cannot be returned or refunded after purchase.

b. Loose products are also non-refundable. If you believe the delivered quantity is less than ordered, report the discrepancy immediately. Following a verified complaint, TALI LOGISTICS will rectify the situation.

Liability

TALI LOGISTICS’s total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the service. TALI LOGISTICS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of The Gambia. Any disputes arising out of or in relation to this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of The Gambia.

Dispute Resolution

Before initiating any legal proceedings, both parties agree to engage in good faith negotiations to resolve any disputes. If unresolved after 30 days, either party may propose mediation or arbitration.

Data Protection & Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found [link to Privacy Policy]. We are committed to protecting your personal data in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

Termination

TALI LOGISTICS reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for any customer who violates these terms, with or without notice.

Intellectual Property

All content, logos, designs, and intellectual property related to our platform are the exclusive property of TALI LOGISTICS and may not be used, copied, or distributed without explicit permission.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Amendments to Terms of Service
